Hello, We were with you today. Your waitress was very nice and the ice cream was delicious too. I was just a bit amazed at the price and size of the spaghetti ice cream. 6.50 was a bit high. And unfortunately it wasn't that nicely presented either. But it was very tasty for it ... Thank you very much for the reply!

The ice cream parlor is in a good location, a bit away from the city center and yet easily accessible. The ice cream is delicious, the sundae are very nicely arranged. However, the chairs are a big drawback. You're almost sitting under the sundae, they're too low. But Dany, the boss, is very quick and always in a good mood. Which makes the stay more pleasant.

During the lockdown phase, we kept ordering ice cream sundaes to take away to support the ice cream parlor and because we really like the ice cream there. Unfortunately the owner treated me and my children so rude last week that we (at his request) left. I understand that the Corona requirements certainly mean more stress and you can also get rough at a guest. However, it doesn't have to be unfriendly and loud, especially not towards children, and so this was our last visit there. And when I read the last few reviews, we don't seem to be the only ones. Addendum: If you felt that you were being treated condescendingly, I am sorry, it was not my intention. I don't even know you, so it's far from me. And yes, we preferred to buy your ice cream instead of rating it. I thought that was more important.

Ice cream was delicious. The complete menu can be viewed via a QR code, which can be found on all the cards displayed. There is a star deduction because you ran out of fresh fruit on a Sunday afternoon. So there were some sundaes not available or in a very stripped-down version.

Very delicious homemade ice cream already in January. Breakfast - coffee and cake are also available. Friendly staff and quiet location near the garden gate in Reutlingen. Very good bus connection as the stop is very close.
